We undertake the preparation of as-built documentation required for the technical handover and the occupancy permit procedure. As-built plans include all modifications made during construction, the materials used, and the work processes, covering all disciplines. These documents are essential for authorities to carry out the final inspection of the construction project and to issue the occupancy permit.
